7-Eleven's Your Good Call is a members-only space where 7-Eleven customers chat about all things 7-Eleven and chip in on exciting projects in the works.
No doubt you've had times when you've walked in a 7-Eleven store and had opinions about how 7-Eleven could be a smidgen better. At Your Good Call, we're all ears when it comes to honest feedback.
It's easy! Once you've signed up, you can choose how and what to get involved in. It could range from trying and reviewing 7-Eleven Brand products, helping the new product development team develop and test new products
- Regularly offer your input through surveys
- Get sneak peeks at new upcoming product offers and special events
- Join discussions about 7-Eleven and its customer offerings
If you sign up to be a registered member of the site (and accept our Terms and Conditions), you can also submit your own ideas, vote and comment on ideas submitted by other people.
All activities are optional but we would love you to participate as much as possible!
A wide range of activities will be running throughout the year:
The Vote – these are quick polls that change weekly, they are just a cool way to see how your fellow Good Callers think.
Questionnaires – these are longer surveys that might ask for your opinions, perceptions and answers on events, brands, products and any other questions we have for you.
Online boards – these take place in the forum and you will be asked to interact with Your Good Call moderators on a wide range of topics. These usually require more time commitment – a couple of hours over a day (or two or three) – and you will be rewarded accordingly!
In-Store Surveys – these involve going into a 7-Eleven store and carrying out a task. For example, you could be asked to take pictures of the layout of the store or the displays on a shelf. You could also be given vouchers to purchase a certain product from a 7-Eleven store and give us feedback on that product.
Video tasks – these involve a video submission on a particular topic. Often ranging from 1-10 questions. These tasks sometimes receive additional incentives but we will often hope you can contribute out of the kindness of your own heart.
Creative sessions – these sessions will be more deeply involved. Some creative thinking will be required as we work together to build a new idea.
This is all about listening to you. We want to make 7-Eleven a better place for you, and we can't do that without your input. But we also realise there has to be something in it for you too. The site is an open forum for ideas and honest discussion. That said, we don't like swearing and bullying groups or individuals. Defamatory, discriminating or unlawful posts will be removed from the site and users that repeatedly post inappropriate conduct will be asked not to post at all. Here's the all-important piece about how Your Good Call rewards work. The rewards system is pretty straightforward; there are 3 types of rewards:
- Monthly vouchers
- Quarterly prizes
- Project specific incentives
They are all dependent on how many points you earn. Continue reading to understand the points system.
Each project/task has points associated with it. These will be clearly labelled up front so you know what you are earning.
To be clear, the points do not equate to a dollar value.
Rather, they are an indicator of time spent on the projects to help determine who has participated the most, which is then used to calculate who receives a reward. It's essentially 10 points per minute. We estimate the time allocated to complete the task. So if we estimate a task will take you 10 minutes, it would earn you 100 points.
Monthly vouchers will be emailed to members at the end of each month based on the amount of points you have accumulated. The top 10% of points earners for each month are guaranteed a reward for that month however 7-Eleven may often provide a reward to a larger number of Good Callers, depending on product and store availability. If eligible you will receive your monthly reward voucher in the first week of the following month.
Monthly rewards will be different each month. The monthly rewards are decided by 7-Eleven and subject to store availability. Past rewards have included vouchers for Krispy Kremes, Red Bull and Magnum Ice Creams. Monthly rewards cannot be refunded/exchanged for cash or other products.
To be eligible for our quarterly prizes you must be in the top tier of points earners for the quarter. This means our Good Callers who participate the most for the quarter will be in the running to receive a large prize.
Two Good Callers with the most points in our top tier of points earners for the quarter will be eligible for one of the following rewards:
The winners may decide which of the options they want. Only one option can be chosen per prize winner – prizes cannot be altered once chosen, so choose carefully.

In the event of Good Callers having the same amount of points:
We will first use forum contribution as a tiebreaker. This does not mean that the person with the most posts in the forum wins; judging is based on quality, not quantity, of contribution to the forum. If you are insightful, constructive, instigate conversation and are helpful to other Good Callers you are in with a better shot!
In the event that we cannot split participants based on their forum contribution, as well as having an equal number of YGC points, we will draw the winner at random to determine the winner or winners for that quarter. That way, participants with the top tier of points will have equal chance to win the quarterly prize.
Awarded prizes cannot be refunded/exchanged for the cash equivalent. Prizes can also not be altered once chosen.
There are some projects that may take people a long amount of time. For these, we think it is fair that we reward your efforts with specific offerings. These may come in many forms including:
- Cash incentives
- 7-Eleven Vouchers
We will specify which form of payment(s) will be awarded upfront in each activity. Unless we state otherwise, there will be no additional rewards. But every project earns points and puts you in the running to receive the greater rewards.
The Your Good Call Team will read every single post, but we might no respond to every post due to sheer volume. What we will do is keep you posted about past happenings in the News sections. We'll tell you about the ideas that we're recommending for implementation and keep you up-to-date on the status of those projects - whether they're running smoothly or running into road blocks.
